Seattle’s Top Attractions

Some of the great places to experience while in Seattle are –

1- Woodland Park Zoo – This famous zoo can keep you entertained for a whole day through and yet you might not end up seeing everything that is available in this beautiful zoo. There are many budget hotels located within this area. You will find plenty of wild animals which have been imported from across the globe. This also includes the Arctic foxes and the clouded leopard. During summer, the zoo also hosts a variety of programs and concerts to attract visitors.

2- Pike place market – This market invites on an average about 9 million visitors every year. This place is known as the oldest farmers’ market in the whole of the United States and was established in the year 1907. There are a total of 600 stalls and shops dealing with different varieties of farm produce, antiques, specialty foods, international groceries, crafts etc. There are also about 60 restaurants where visitors can get to hang around.

3- Boeing Tour – This is a huge 98.7 acre facility and is known to be one of the largest buildings in the whole world. The building has a fleet of aircraft ranging from Boeing 747, 767 etc. The entire tour takes more than one hour to complete. While planning to visit the Boeing tour, visitors must be prepared to walk about one-third of a mile, climb 21 steep staircases including an elevator ride.
